Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors was looking for a Registered Nurse Navigator (Remote - US)

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Registered Nurse Navigator to provide compassionate, clinical support to patients undergoing advanced preventive imaging. In this fully remote role, you will serve as a guide, educator, and advocate throughout a patient’s healthcare journey, helping to shape internal systems and improve workflows to scale high-quality care.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the patient’s primary point of contact throughout their healthcare journey, providing proactive outreach, education, and clinical support via phone and video.
  • Conduct pre-scan assessments and answer patient questions with empathy and clarity to prepare them for imaging procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, clinical, product, and support—to identify and address patient needs and process gaps.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts by sharing feedback and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to deliver a seamless and high-touch patient experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Active compact state RN license.
  • Residence and availability in Pacific or Central Time Zone.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
  • At least 2 years of prior remote nursing experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in patient communication and education in telehealth settings.
  • Technologically proficient with clinical software, telehealth tools, and productivity platforms.
  • Strong systems thinking, collaborative mindset, and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Calm, compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

  • Clinical experience ideally in radiology, oncology, ambulatory care, or concierge healthcare.
  • Certifications in radiology or oncology-related nursing.
  • Experience in digital health, clinical operations, MRI workflows, or project coordination.
