What You'll Do
Deliver skilled nursing care to U.S. government, Department of Defense, and contracted personnel in Israel. Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical and psychological health, gathering critical data such as medical history, vital signs, and diagnostic results to inform care decisions.
Design and implement personalized care strategies based on clinical findings and patient needs. Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, effective treatment. Carry out medical orders including medication administration, wound management, intravenous therapy, and continuous monitoring of patient status.
Respond promptly during on-call periods to urgent medical situations. Provide education to patients and families about medical conditions, treatment protocols, and self-care practices. Offer compassionate support during periods of illness or crisis. Maintain detailed, accurate medical records and ensure all documentation reflects the care delivered and patient progress.
Requirements
- Valid registration as a professional nurse
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and interpret clinical data
- Experience in developing and managing individualized care plans
- Strong clinical judgment and accountability in delivering evidence-based care
- Ability to function effectively in high-acuity environments requiring rapid response
- Proficiency in administering treatments, medications, and physician-directed procedures
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with site-specific protocols and regulatory standards
- Completion of required compliance training, including client-mandated modules for certification
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and emergency response duties
- Experience providing direct nursing care such as IV therapy, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a structured healthcare setting
