DaVita, which is Italian for 'giving life', is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential, empathetic care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis center, building meaningful long-term relationships with patients and their families.

What You'll Do

Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their family in an intimate outpatient setting.
Work as part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities, which requires unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
Oversee a group of patients with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to conduct patient observations, measure stats, and manage machine set up.
Work with your head, heart and hands each day in a fast paced environment.
Commit to improving patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or a three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for the nursing degree.

Nice to Have

Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience.
Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification.
