Grupo Husqvarna is seeking a Processes and Internal Controls Specialist to ensure operational excellence through rigorous process analysis and control. In this role, you will coordinate key initiatives to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and support our commitment to innovation and a diverse, inclusive workplace.

What You'll Do

Coordinate the mapping and analysis of end-to-end process flows.
Monitor the review and implementation of administrative policies and regulations.
Identify risks and irregularities to promote operational efficiencies.
Monitor and supervise corrective measures aligned with company policies.
Propose improvements to processes and evaluate their results.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in internal controls, audit, or project management roles.
A degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent English proficiency.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, results-oriented focus.
