Solventum is hiring a Production Operator to play a key role in our manufacturing process. The operator is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area, applying quality standards, and monitoring production and packing operations to ensure objectives are met.
What You'll Do
- Observe all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Apply quality instructions and specifications.
- Monitor the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Load and unload material into and from equipment.
- Work as a team member through sharing information, problem solving, and assisting others.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts in English.
What We're Looking For
- Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start).
- Ability to work one or more of the following shifts: 2nd Shift (3:30pm – 11:30pm), 3rd Shift (11:30pm – 7:30am), or a 12-hour night rotating shift (7:30pm – 7:30am) with every other weekend off.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English.
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
Nice to Have
- Post-high school education.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $21.29-$24.24/hour + Shift Differentials (varies by experience). Pay increases to $22.65-$25.58/hour after 12 months.
