- Native-level Finnish.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- A passion for luxury travel, lifestyle, and delivering truly personalised service.
- The ability to work independently, calmly, and with finesse in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence, discretion, and a problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, travel, or a customer-facing role.
