Intellect Care is hiring a Freelance Clinical Counsellor/Psychologist in Warsaw, Poland to provide mental health support and personal growth coaching via our telehealth platform. You will join a community of professionals working collaboratively to increase public access to mental health services.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth mental health support for clients.
- Handle clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
- Conduct scheduled video sessions and be open to working onsite if required.
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to programs and the platform.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
- Skill in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
- At least 300 clinical hours post-masters degree.
- Ability to communicate professionally in both English and your local language.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles.
