PCX Corporation was looking for a Regional Vice President, Sales

PCX Corporation is hiring a Regional Vice President, Sales to lead a team of territory leaders in achieving sales goals and expanding Hubbell’s installed base of technology products and services for the electrical distribution grid.

What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, setting goals and developing strategies to drive growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Develop strategies and objectives to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess team and individual performance.
  • Design and implement sales plans, promotions, and initiatives to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies and improve sales processes.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecast sales projections, and manage expenses to optimize profitability.
  • Keep up with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities or potential threats.
  • Identify training needs, organize skill development programs, and provide guidance to enhance the expertise of the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and industry regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 15-20 years of relevant experience.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data trends.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills needed to cultivate customer relations and work with team members of various levels and backgrounds.
  • Possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations.
