Inventive Food Technology is looking for a Regional Tax Manager - Asia to oversee IFF's tax compliance and provisions across Greater Asia. You will serve as the primary tax contact, provide strategic tax advice to business units, and support global tax initiatives.

What You'll Do

Oversee tax compliance across Greater Asia, including data collection, reviewing tax returns, and coordinating with advisors for timely and accurate filings.
Manage the tax provision process for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate standards.
Serve as the primary tax contact for external advisors and local tax authorities, handling audits and other tax-related inquiries.
Provide strategic tax advice to business units and proactively communicate changes in tax legislation and their implications.
Identify opportunities for tax efficiencies and lead implementation of approved tax planning initiatives.
Support the global transfer pricing team in monitoring policy adherence, executing processes, and ensuring local compliance.
Represent the Asia region in global tax planning and M&A initiatives, contributing regional insights and expertise.
Recommend enhancements to tax-related systems and internal controls to improve efficiency and compliance.
Identify and mitigate tax risks, ensuring adherence to IFF’s tax governance and risk management frameworks.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
8+ years of experience within a multinational business and legal or accounting firm experience.
Strong understanding of Southeast Asian tax laws and regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.
Proficient in accounting and tax software tools, with a strong grasp of digital workflows.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly valued.
