Knight Frank is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for the North Central - Great Lakes Region. This role is pivotal for driving growth and expanding market presence by promoting and selling Peerless-AV products. You will leverage your deep industry experience to build strategic relationships with a wide range of accounts and partners.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with established accounts, including Pro AV systems integrators, dealers, distributors, partners, specifiers, and end users.
- Actively manage and grow the territory to maximize sales and profits.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze monthly POS reports to identify sales trends and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and customer meetings.
- Effectively service existing accounts and establish new ones through organized planning.
- Meet all sales objectives for the region.
- Manage an annual expense budget effectively, aiming to finish below budget.
- Demonstrate continual success in pursuing and securing new accounts.
- Keep management informed by submitting weekly call information.
- Monitor competition and gather marketplace intelligence on pricing, products, and programs.
- Educate dealer and distributor personnel on products and how to sell them.
- Prepare and execute an annual regional sales plan.
- Recommend changes to products, services, and policies based on in-field feedback.
- Resolve customer issues by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Assist in marketing research activity as requested.
- Support other Peerless AV salespeople and associates while in the field.
- Manage extensive travel (50%) efficiently.
- Provide strategic counsel to the Director of National Accounts, Managing Director of Commercial Sales, and VP of Sales & Marketing.
