About the Role

VusionGroup SA is looking for an Account Manager (m/w/d) to drive our growth in the German retail market. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients and expanding our footprint with independent retailers and regional retail chains, selling our SaaS and IoT device solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect new clients and grow the installed base within the independent retailer and regional retail chain market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local decision-makers, including effective lobbying.
  • Work directly with the Sales Manager Germany to implement local sales strategies and manage referencing agreements with major retailers.
  • Ensure close follow-up with clients post-sale, coordinating with internal departments.
  • Maintain CRM tools with updated opportunities and manage the customer and prospect database.
  • Provide feedback to management and marketing about competitor activities.

What We're Looking For

  • A commercial education and proven experience selling technical digital products such as SaaS and IoT devices and services.
  • Familiarity with the retail sector and excellent relationship-building skills, from store level to company C-level.
  • Strong ability to identify solution value for individual customers and translate that into additional sales.
  • A passion for sales and a clear drive to succeed.
  • Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and English.
  • A results-oriented professional recognized for tenacity, organization, and the ability to work autonomously.

Team & Environment
