Trinny London is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead our retail presence across London and designated global areas. This field-based role is responsible for driving sales growth, leading all sites within the region, and ensuring a customer-first approach. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will manage Business Managers and be accountable for achieving financial targets and business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Oversee sales revenue for the designated area, ensuring teams meet and exceed targets to deliver year-on-year growth.
- Ensure stores achieve their key performance indicators (ATV, AUS, Conversion, Sales per hour) while keeping teams motivated.
- Drive P&L success by optimizing EBITDA through strategic financial planning, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Work with Retail Operations to build and manage store stock file accuracy, minimizing losses within targets.
- Support Business Managers to deliver an excellent ‘Customer First’ experience and ensure teams have deep product knowledge.
- Build strong relationships and partner with host stores to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure seamless planning, execution, and ownership of new store openings within your region.
- Deliver Retail strategy objectives, taking ownership and accountability for your region’s performance.
- Maximize sales opportunities with promotional activations and support marketing events across the Retail estate.
- Identify opportunities alongside the Head of Retail to increase footfall and drive revenue with commercial activations.
- Monitor competitor activities, assess their impact on sales, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support, educate, and develop Business Managers through performance reviews, coaching, and championing their growth.
- Ensure succession planning is in place for your region in alignment with the People Team.
- Manage recruitment for the covering region, supporting Business Managers in partnership with the Talent team.
- Foster employee engagement and a sense of ‘togetherness’ across all teams and markets.
- Act as an ambassador for Trinny London, promoting the brand positively both internally and externally.

- Experience opening new sites, sales forecasting, and budgeting.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
