About the Role

AppOmni is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow a significant enterprise territory in Georgia. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for hundreds of accounts, guiding them from prospecting through close and beyond to mature relationships and identify upsell opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Take full ownership of your accounts, customers, and prospects.
  • Prospect and network to consistently discover new opportunities and build your pipeline.
  • Master the prospecting tools provided.
  • Build and leverage relationships within the partner community.
  • Learn our technology and master product demonstrations.
  • Understand SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) use cases, market dynamics, competitors, and partner technologies.
  • Manage simultaneous sales opportunities with both enterprise and mid-market companies.
  • Forecast pipeline accurately.
  • Demonstrate good sales hygiene with proper use of Salesforce and Clari.
  • Add value as a customer-first advocate.
  • Present to CISOs and other stakeholders at an exceptional level.
  • Be a team player in a culture that values collaboration.
  • Work hard and expect the same from colleagues.
  • Be someone people genuinely enjoy working with.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of outside enterprise software selling experience.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with stakeholders from end-users to the C-suite.
  • A consistent pride in your work.
  • A proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Genuine enjoyment in educating prospects about new technologies.

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years of experience in cyber security.
  • SaaS security experience.
  • Working knowledge of common SaaS solutions like Salesforce, M365, Zoom, Box, ServiceNow, or Workday.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Clari.

Team & Environment

You will be supported by a business development resource, a Sales Engineer, and a robust channel network.

  • The annual On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $320,000 USD (50/50 base/commission).

Work Mode
