Azenta Life Sciences is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Automated Stores – France, Spain, Italy, Benelux & Portugal (FSIBP)

Lead commercial strategy for automated storage solutions across a key European region, including France, Spain, Italy, Benelux, and Portugal. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and consistently meeting sales targets by building trusted relationships with clients in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, research institutions, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to expand market presence and secure new business
  • Guide customers through complex capital equipment decisions with long sales cycles
  • Deliver technical expertise on automated cold storage workflows and GxP-compliant environments
  • Partner with marketing to shape campaigns, trade shows, and industry events
  • Collaborate with inside sales, technical specialists, and regional teams to align customer needs with solutions
  • Represent the organization at national and international conferences

Qualifications

  • Degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven success in selling life sciences equipment, particularly in lab automation or biobanking
  • Solid understanding of automated storage systems and cold chain logistics
  • Experience in consultative and solution-based selling models
  • Fluency in both English and French required
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (up to 50%)

Work Environment

This is a remote role with a flexible structure, based locally in the UK or Belgium. You'll travel extensively across the FSIBP region. The organization supports a collaborative, innovation-driven culture with a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and professional development.

Technical Tools

You'll use MS Office for planning and reporting, and Salesforce for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
