What You'll Do
Take ownership of commercial performance across France, Spain, Italy, Benelux, and Portugal, shaping and executing strategies that drive revenue in automated storage for life sciences. Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical, biotech, research, and government institutions to understand their operational needs and deliver effective solutions.
Work closely with inside sales, technical teams, and local account managers to align on customer goals and ensure seamless project execution. Lead outreach efforts at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand market presence and identify new opportunities. Translate complex technical workflows into clear value propositions that support customer decision-making.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Possess multiple years of experience selling life sciences equipment, with preference for lab automation or storage systems
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of cold chain logistics, GxP standards, and biobanking environments
- Have a proven history of delivering on annual sales targets within capital-intensive, long-cycle sales processes
- Apply consultative, solution-based selling techniques including upselling and cross-selling
- Be fluent in both English and French
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and be available for regular travel

- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience using Salesforce for CRM and sales tracking
