CrowdStrike is looking for a Regional Sales Engineer in Brazil to join a team responsible for transforming how organizations think about endpoint security. In this role, you will apply your significant security expertise to help customers stop breaches using our platform. You must be located in Sao Paulo, Southeast Brazil and fluent in Portuguese and English.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare technical proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and input into the product roadmap.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions and stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the security industry.
- Work with the marketing team to develop technical marketing materials, such as whitepapers and solution briefs, that support our sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in endpoint or network security space – AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to easily articulate complex security problems to a diverse set of audiences.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; you will be the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives.
- Extensive contacts in the information security field and strong references.
- Strong understanding of MEDDIC based sales process and how to effectively communicate technical solutions to customers and prospects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to travel as required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
- Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies.
- Experience with large scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
- Understanding of the OSI model.
- Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS.
