SAP Software Solutions is hiring a Regional Program Manager Americas for the SAP Next Gen Academy for Services & Consulting. You will be accountable for the design, planning, and execution of the 12-month rotational Academy program within the Americas region to build the next generation of consulting talent.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, building, and execution of SAP’s global Academy for Services & Consulting within the region, ensuring operational excellence and measurable business impact.
- Partner with Talent Discovery and business stakeholders to attract, hire, and onboard top early-career talent.
- Deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences, both virtually and in person, that accelerate skill development and readiness for Associates’ future roles.
- Develop, coach, evaluate, and manage performance for approximately 20–30 Early Talents per cohort in partnership with the First-Line Leader.
- Collaborate with regional and global business stakeholders across SAP’s Customer Engagement & Adoption organization to ensure program relevance and alignment with business priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, analytics, and iteration of content and delivery methods.
- Optimize scheduling, analytics, and tools for seamless program delivery and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a consultant or related roles within SAP’s Customer Engagement & Adoption organization.
- Direct experience in Consulting or a strong, in-depth understanding of the role, responsibilities, and operational practices within SAP’s Customer Engagement & Adoption organization.
- Strong understanding of how consulting organizations generate customer value, manage utilization, and deliver complex customer engagements.
- Strong understanding of industry trends relevant to SAP’s Customer Engagement & Adoption, including consulting delivery models, customer transformation programs, and enterprise implementation lifecycles.
- Demonstrated ability to design, plan, and execute enablement programs that drive measurable business and learning outcomes.
- Passion and skill for developing early-career professionals.
- Proven ability to lead and influence across complex, global organizational structures.
- Strong capability to build trust and alignment with senior business leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Skilled at facilitating skill development through actionable, specific, and growth-oriented feedback.
- Receptive to feedback, data insights, and performance metrics to continuously enhance program quality and efficiency.
- Demonstrates global cultural awareness and respect; able to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Brings a well-developed network across CE&A and the ability to connect stakeholders across regions to accelerate program success.
- Excellent communicator with empathy, influence, and negotiation strength; able to engage and inspire individuals and teams.
- Candidate is required to be fluent in English and the local language.
- University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Design or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
