Kittle Property Group, Inc., a recognized 'Top Workplace,' seeks a Regional Manager for its Project-based Section 8 and LIHTC portfolio. You will lead multi-site apartment property personnel and oversee regional portfolio performance to achieve strategic and budget objectives. This role requires significant travel across a 9-state radius in the United States.
What You'll Do
- Direct property operations to achieve strategic and budget objectives.
- Lead, recruit, hire, train, and manage property personnel.
- Ensure accuracy of reporting through property management software.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies.
- Conduct financial analysis of operating results and report to Senior Management monthly.
- Oversee compliance requirements for affordable funding sources.
- Conduct virtual and/or in-person site visits monthly.
- Collaborate with development, construction, and accounting teams.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for all properties.
- Manage property expenditures and ensure adherence to company capital expenditure policy.
- Provide relief management to on-site offices as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of multi-site property management experience (e.g., Senior Property Manager, District Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager).
- Section 42 experience required.
- Strong language, math, and reasoning skills.
- Intermediate MS Office skills; experience with property management software like Yardi.
- Ability to travel across a 9-state radius in the U.S.
Nice to Have
- Four-year degree from an accredited college preferred.
- HCCP designation preferred.
