Company is seeking a Regional Manager - Pittsburgh to lead our expanding operations in the area. This role involves driving sales growth and supporting rapid market expansion by owning a high-impact partnership with an enterprise partner and local funeral homes. You will run the region with autonomy, focusing on performance, coaching, and accountability within a culture that values both results and humanity.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and develop 5+ Advance Funeral Planners by motivating performance, coaching to outcomes, and holding clear accountability to results.
- Work closely with enterprise leadership and local funeral home managers, including a primary home base at John F. Slater Funeral Home.
- Help bring structure, strategy, and momentum to a rapidly growing market.
- Actively sell alongside your team when needed, model best practices, and reinforce an outcomes-first approach.
- Lead with emotional intelligence, pushing performance with care professionals without eroding trust.
- Build smart, scalable systems, think strategically, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly as new opportunities emerge.
