Samsung Electronics America is hiring a Regional Manager – Home Electronics (Southeast) to lead a district team and drive market share. You will be responsible for exceeding sales goals, building high-performing teams, and fostering strong relationships with retail partners and third-party labor providers.
What You'll Do
- Meet and exceed all sales and operational KPIs for the region.
- Analyze reports to identify revenue and market share opportunities.
- Create and execute sales strategies to maximize Samsung market share.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop sales programs.
- Manage the execution of National Go-To-Market strategies.
- Hold team accountable for flawless product merchandising in retail locations.
- Provide feedback to adjust sales strategies based on market trends.
- Influence training content by sharing consumer and competitive insights.
- Optimize work processes, systems, and tools for the Field Sales team.
- Build rapport with retail partners at the District and Director level.
- Partner with Third Party Labor leaders on training and development strategies.
- Ensure alignment with Carrier and National Retail account management teams.
- Oversee the Net Promoter Score action planning process.
- Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top Market Manager talent.
- Train, supervise, and provide guidance to Market Managers and Field Sales Managers.
- Conduct store visits to encourage, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Oversee the hiring of Field Sales Managers and Samsung Experience Consultants.
- Partner with 3PL Human Resources on performance management.
- Monitor staffing levels and audit in-store schedules for budget compliance.
- Develop effective succession plans that lead to internal promotions.
- Conduct performance appraisals and recommend salary changes for direct reports.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in sales generation and marketing methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Prior experience managing a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write, read, analyze, interpret, present, and explain wireless terminals technical product and development materials.
- Experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite and extensive use of presentation software.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry.
