Home Care Providers of Texas is looking for a Regional Manager - Clinical, a Registered Nurse responsible for leading the day-to-day support and supervision of direct care teams. You will coordinate patient care, ensure clinical and administrative outcomes, and foster a safe, engaged, and effective regional operation.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with and oversee the day-to-day operations of the regional clinical staff.
- Provide regional field coverage as needed to support growth and assist with staffing.
- Ensure quality patient care by re-evaluating patient needs and making necessary home visits.
- Observe and assist with implementation of safety, infection control, and OSHA policies.
- Assure accuracy of all OASIS assessments and coordinate the episode of care.
- Review, sign, and transmit physician orders and plans of care.
- Function as a team leader and liaison between patients and all care disciplines.
- Coordinate and supervise care with the patient care team, reporting changes to physicians.
- Supervise patient teaching, counseling, and relevant aspects of the plan of care.
- Facilitate in-service training, case conferences, and professional staff meetings.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to patient care.
- Receive and assist in resolving regional patient complaints.
- Provide daily operational oversight of the area Home Health team and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Provide direct oversight of clinical outcomes and KPIs including productivity, utilization, and documentation timeliness.
- Delegate tasks for efficient regional operation.
- Serve as a mentor and local engagement leader for care team members.
What We're Looking For
- Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
- 2 years of home care experience as a registered nurse in a Home Health or Hospice environment.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Advanced nursing skills including managing care episodes, clinical evaluations, and plan of care changes.
- Ability to set objectives, assess staff, allocate work, and create a motivating, safe environment.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop clinical quality and productivity in direct reports.
- Ability to seek patient feedback, advocate for patients, and manage patient expectations.
- Quick proficiency in enterprise applications (HC Net).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information, listen, and respond appropriately.
- Ability to develop trusted relationships and networks across supervisory and leadership levels.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to perform job tasks.

- Living in the region (San Antonio, Austin, & New Braunfels, TX) is preferred.
