Mission Rock Residential LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead all aspects of property operations and financial stewardship for our multifamily portfolio. You will provide strategic direction under the guidance of the Vice President/Senior Regional Manager, ensuring adherence to budgets and optimizing community performance.
What You'll Do
- Implement, monitor, and ensure strict adherence to property operating and renovation budgets across your portfolio.
- Analyze, craft, and recalibrate operating and capital budgets for each property.
- Conduct monthly financial health checks, ensuring accurate reporting and proactive corrections.
- Supervise, authorize, and oversee contract services, repairs, and supply expenditures beyond on-site authority.
- Collaborate with the Regional Service Manager and Vice President to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution of capital expenditures.
- Monitor project progress and costs, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.
- Optimize community performance metrics including turnover rates, market competitiveness, occupancy levels, and financial health indicators.
- Strategically utilize data insights from rent rolls, lease renewals, and financial statements to guide property managers.
- Innovate marketing strategies to attract qualified prospects and minimize unit downtime across your portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of management experience.
- Multifamily property management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Proven collaboration within a team and inspiring leadership skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced skill level with MS Excel.
- Intermediate skill level with MS Word and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange.
- Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Yardi PMS proficiency.
- CRM knowledge (RentCafe preferred).
Nice to Have
- BA or BS preferred; proven industry experience will replace.
- CPM and applicable State Brokers License preferred.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

You will report to the Vice President/Senior Regional Manager and collaborate closely with the Regional Service Manager and Vice President.
