Regional Facilities Manager - JLL The Regional Facilities Manager will autonomously supervise comprehensive facilities management services for a governmental contract, encompassing client interactions, financial oversight, maintenance protocols, procurement strategies, and vendor relationships. This self-motivated professional will construct strategic initiatives and cultivate relationships with critical governmental stakeholders while managing operational dynamics with minimal direct supervision. The position demands substantial travel across multiple locations and intricate collaboration with distributed support teams including engineering, procurement, financial, and leadership groups.
