Braeburn is looking for a Regional Director, New England to provide leadership and strategic direction for a team of Account Managers within a defined geographic area. You will establish high, patient-centric work standards aligned with company values to achieve and surpass business performance objectives. The company is dedicated to delivering solutions for people living with the serious consequences of opioid use disorder.
What You'll Do
- Lead recruitment, coaching, development, and retention of top talent, being accountable for the talent life cycle including performance management and compensation reviews.
- Train, motivate, and coach Account Managers using approved resources.
- Execute field strategies and marketing plans to meet or exceed regional and national business objectives.
- Participate in developing and implementing national sales strategy and related tactics.
- Assist with development and delivery of field infrastructure and training.
- Develop and deliver business plans through periodic reviews with corporate leadership.
- Develop a deep understanding of the assigned region, including delivery of care, major payers, and public policy initiatives.
- Identify and address region-specific opportunities and barriers to ensure company success.
- Review, analyze and interpret field reports to ensure quarterly and annual objectives are met.
- Foster compliant innovation in field practices and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and implement an effective regional communication plan.
- Plan and execute regional sales meetings.
- Exercise sound judgment and ensure integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Manage all regional level expenses.
- Work on and/or lead special project teams as identified.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA).
- 12+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
- At least 7+ years of sales and/or field market access experience in biotech/specialty pharmaceutical/device industries.
- Management experience of 5+ years of first-line sales and/or field market access.
- Proven sales or field market access performance as evidenced by market reports and recognition awards in specialty pharmacy markets.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully building field-based teams and coaching field-based professionals.
- In-depth understanding of reimbursement/insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments.
- In-depth experience leading teams within multiple, complex distribution models including Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong presentation, planning and operational skills.
- Ability to recruit, coach and mentor.
- Documented collaborative, team-oriented skill set and operational values.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Strong ethical behavior and commitment to compliance.
- Willingness to travel both regionally and nationally as needed (up to 50-60%).

This is a remote position open to candidates based in ME, NH, or MA.
