TensorOps is looking for a Lead Instructor: Data Analytics (PowerBI) to play a key role in Correlation One's training programs. You will facilitate learner education and drive exceptional learning outcomes by instructing around 30 employees from different private companies in a live online classroom.

What You'll Do

Lead the instruction of a 'virtual classroom' within the training program.
Collaborate with Correlation One Operations personnel to perform class duties effectively and stay on schedule.
Prepare for upcoming lectures by coordinating with curriculum, content, and operations staff to ensure an optimal learner experience.
Track any edits, changes, or suggestions to content to foster a more cohesive and positive learner experience.

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated experience and proficiency in PowerBI.
A degree in a Data Analytics related field and/or industry experience in a Data Analysis role.
Expertise with PowerBI, Excel, Data Visualization, Dashboards, SQL, and Python.
Experience with data storytelling and data visualization.
Experience teaching in a virtual environment.
Background as a data practitioner with both technical and application knowledge.
Ability to simplify and explain data concepts and relate them to business objectives.
Exceptional leadership and high organizational skills.
Professionalism and familiarity with remote work environments and tools like Zoom, Codio, Airtable, and Microsoft Teams.

Nice to Have

A demonstrated record in education and training, including successful tenures with other educational institutions or training programs.
