Buyers Edge Platform is hiring a Regional Director to drive growth for the Dinova program. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new restaurant partners by engaging C-level leaders through strategic prospecting, networking, and consultative selling. You will be responsible for introducing prospects to the program, demonstrating its value, and guiding them from initial outreach through contract negotiation to closed-won sales.
What You'll Do
- Develop target lists of restaurant brands, chains, and groups within your assigned territory.
- Build and execute a structured sales management strategy to communicate effectively with prospects.
- Prospect for new customers via email, phone, social media, networking, and other outreach methods.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with C-level contacts to introduce and promote the Dinova program.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to executive audiences.
- Use consultative selling techniques to uncover pain points, present solutions, and persuade buyers.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial contract terms and use them strategically to resolve buyer objections.
- Manage the sales pipeline from first appointment through close, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting.
- Maintain CRM records to manage opportunities and pipeline visibility.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling intangible products or services.
- Experience using CRM systems for tracking and forecasting.
- Strong prospecting abilities across multiple channels (email, phone, social, networking, in-person).
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to uncover problems, present solutions, and overcome objections.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing a sales pipeline.
- Ability to build relationships with senior-level executives.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience in restaurant, hospitality, and/or business travel industries.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
