About the Role
This position is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with small and mid-market clients across Latin America, with an emphasis on strategic outreach, revenue generation, and customer retention through remote collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SMB and mid-market segments across LATAM
- Conduct remote sales meetings and product demonstrations for prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
- Develop territory plans to increase market penetration and revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline activity
- Negotiate contracts and close deals within approved guidelines
- Stay informed about regional market trends and competitive landscape
- Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM data management
- Support customer onboarding and handoff to customer success teams
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries in a timely manner
- Adapt communication style to fit diverse cultural contexts across LATAM
- Represent the company at virtual industry events and networking forums
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights
- Maintain compliance with sales policies and data security standards
