Tech Support Coordinator (Remote) (Position located in São Paulo, Brazil) is hiring a Regional Account Executive - SMB/MM (LATAM) (Portuguese Speaking) (Remote)

About the Role

This position is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with small and mid-market clients across Latin America, with an emphasis on strategic outreach, revenue generation, and customer retention through remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SMB and mid-market segments across LATAM
  • Conduct remote sales meetings and product demonstrations for prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
  • Develop territory plans to increase market penetration and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline activity
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals within approved guidelines
  • Stay informed about regional market trends and competitive landscape
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM data management
  • Support customer onboarding and handoff to customer success teams
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries in a timely manner
  • Adapt communication style to fit diverse cultural contexts across LATAM
  • Represent the company at virtual industry events and networking forums
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights
  • Maintain compliance with sales policies and data security standards

  • History of working with distributed or global teams
  • Exposure to sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
