About the Role

This role is responsible for shaping and executing strategy to optimize the consumer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term growth objectives through analytics, planning, and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance consumer-facing operations
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals
  • Lead high-impact projects from concept to execution
  • Evaluate new market opportunities and expansion strategies
  • Translate business objectives into actionable operational plans
  • Monitor key performance indicators and report on progress
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions
  • Support decision-making with data analysis and modeling
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams on feature development
  • Drive operational excellence across customer-facing functions
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for strategic initiatives
  • Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Ensure alignment between strategy and company priorities
  • Optimize processes to improve speed and reliability
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic direction
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Build frameworks for measuring success and impact
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Use customer insights to guide strategic decisions
  • Evaluate technology investments for operational impact
  • Lead ad hoc strategic reviews as needed
  • Maintain focus on scalable and sustainable growth
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term planning

Nice to Have

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience in a high-growth tech environment
  • Prior work in on-demand or logistics-based platforms
  • Direct experience in consumer behavior analysis
  • Track record of leading strategy in a consumer-facing role
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience managing teams or leading initiatives independently
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management
  • Background in pricing or marketplace optimization
  • Experience with scaling operations across regions
