About the Role

Lead the expansion of a real-time data platform across enterprise accounts in Bengaluru through strategic sales execution and customer engagement. Develop and implement territory plans that consistently exceed revenue goals, working closely with technical and support teams to identify opportunities and close complex deals.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute a focused sales strategy to grow revenue within your assigned region
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospects in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Close high-value enterprise transactions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships by clearly communicating the business impact of technical solutions
  • Collaborate across teams to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs

Requirements

  • Residency in Bengaluru required
  • Minimum of 10 years in B2B technology sales with proven success in enterprise environments
  • Experience selling open-source software solutions using a consultative, value-driven approach
  • Strong grasp of the full sales lifecycle—from lead development to deal closure
  • Ability to articulate complex technical offerings in clear, business-focused terms
  • History of exceeding sales targets in competitive, fast-paced markets
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to thrive in a growing organization
