This fully remote position, based in Southern California, plays a central role in advancing regional operations and distribution for the Audi Region. The specialist supports leadership with data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency across dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver data-driven insights to support regional decision-making, including monthly forecasting and go-to-market planning for new and pre-owned vehicles
- Assist in designing and managing incentive programs, tracking budgets, and reporting on performance outcomes
- Coordinate communication of dealer allocations, including production, pipeline refill, and bulk distribution cycles
- Develop and distribute reports using digital tools such as Tableau, focusing on sales, inventory, and market share trends
- Support field teams with daily sales reporting, month-end summaries, and sales contest tracking
- Act as a liaison between regional leadership and field staff on distribution matters, including vehicle ordering, allocation, and transportation logistics
- Prepare presentations and performance dashboards for regional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead training initiatives to improve adoption of digital reporting platforms across the region
- Support regional events, including dealer meetings and incentive trips, through data preparation and logistics coordination
Qualifications
Candidates should bring 4–6 years of experience in operations, sales support, or analytics roles. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required, with preference given to those with advanced degrees in business analytics. Proficiency in MS Office is essential; expertise in Tableau, SQL, Business Objects, or Salesforce is highly valued.
Industry knowledge in automotive sales, distribution, or dealership operations is a strong advantage. Experience with incentive management, forecasting, and data visualization tools will support success in this role.
Work Environment
This role operates remotely with occasional travel required for regional and national meetings, dealer visits, and team events. The position supports a data-driven culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
