The Refund Agent delivers tourist tax-free shopping refund services and provides first-level support during transaction processes at Oslo Gardermoen Airport. This is a 50% full-time, 1-year fixed-term contract role with possible extension based on business needs and performance, ensuring service aligns with company policies and procedures at Planet.
What You'll Do
- Delivery of exceptional customer service aligned with Planet’s standards of excellence
- Provide a warm welcome and guide guests through their visit
- Assist customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, and anticipating needs
- Ensure VIP customers receive tailored and outstanding experience
- Resolve conflicts professionally, always aiming for customer satisfaction
- Process Planet Tax Free forms in compliance with local regulations and company guidelines
- Provide customers with relevant information and support throughout the refund process
What We're Looking For
- Self-reliance, ability to work independently and follow relevant procedures
- Fluency in written and spoken English
