About the Role
Support and train physicians in the referral process, ensuring effective collaboration and smooth coordination with internal departments. Conduct regular visits, document outcomes, and maintain efficient execution of tasks across therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage physicians, offering training and support to improve their referral capabilities.
- Schedule and carry out routine in-person and virtual visits with referring physicians to foster strong working relationships.
- Record key points and action items from physician visits in detailed follow-up reports.
- Deliver continuous assistance to physician teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of agreed-upon activities.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Legal to support seamless referral processes across projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Clinical Research Professional.
Work Arrangement
Home-based in the United States

- Position is remote with a home base in the United States.
- Frequent travel is a requirement of the role.
