About the Role

DaVita is hiring for its Redwoods Resident Program, a yearlong immersive leadership development program for recent MBA graduates. Residents gain business and operational cornerstones by leading a clinic, managing a P&L, developing culture, and driving clinical results, with a transition to a full-time field operator or corporate leadership role upon successful completion.

What You'll Do

  • Complete a leadership practicum in a clinic, taking responsibility for a team of 15 and potentially up to 300.
  • Own and operate a $2-4 million P&L within 4 months as a clinic manager.
  • Drive the results of your business and be accountable to set goals.
  • Develop a culture and drive clinical results.
  • Participate in cohort workshops, trainings, and receive executive coaching and mentorship.
  • Receive 360-degree feedback.

Team & Environment

You will lead a team of 15 and potentially up to 300 in your first year. You will be supported by three formal mentors, one VP supervisor, several subject experts, and an executive coach, reporting to a VP supervisor.

  • Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000.
