Baptist Health is looking for a Pharmacy - Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist. This role provides essential leadership for clinical pharmacy activities within a pediatric setting. You will be instrumental in promoting safe, appropriate, and cost-effective medication therapy throughout the department.
What You'll Do
- Provide leadership for all clinical pharmacy activities within your assigned area.
- Support staff development so that staff meets minimum competency standards.
- Maintain knowledge of current pharmaceutical practices and policies.
- Support management by providing oversight, guidance, and support for all assigned areas.
- Participate in the planning, organization, implementation, and follow up of new programs and activities.
- Promote safe, appropriate, and cost-effective medication therapy throughout the department.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located at Baptist Medical Center South.
