Magic Media is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing and guiding talent within the Gaming, Tech, and Creative industries. You'll join a passionate team dedicated to creating engaging games and delivering the best results for clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage.
- Source and headhunt candidates internationally through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, forums, and industry networks.
- Screen CVs and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct interviews and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly and supporting candidates throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create clear job descriptions.
- Keep recruitment processes organized, efficient, and candidate-focused.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience providing full-cycle recruitment services.
- Experience recruiting in Gaming, Tech, or Creative industries.
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural, and remote workforce.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a candidate-first mindset.
Nice to Have
- A strong interest in Gaming & Visual Arts.
- A BA or MSc in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Experience using ATS, with Workable being a strong plus.
