Remote Recruitment is hiring a Recruitment Researcher to join our dynamic UK-based team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting recruitment campaigns by sourcing candidates, conducting market research, and building strong talent pipelines for a variety of industries. What You'll Do
- Conduct talent sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Support recruitment consultants by researching candidate profiles and market insights
- Create and maintain accurate records of candidate data and sourcing activity
- Assist in preparing shortlists for various roles across sectors
- Track market trends and gather information on competitor hiring practices
- Communicate with candidates via email or LinkedIn to gauge interest and availability
- Collaborate with the broader team to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment support, resourcing, or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection is essential
