About the Role

Join Remote Recruitment as a Junior Recruitment Researcher to identify top-tier talent for various industries. You'll support recruitment campaigns by sourcing candidates, conducting market research, and building talent pipelines. What You'll Do

  • Conduct talent sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
  • Support recruitment consultants by researching candidate profiles and market insights
  • Create and maintain accurate records of candidate data and sourcing activity
  • Assist in preparing shortlists for various roles across sectors
  • Track market trends and gather information on competitor hiring practices
  • Communicate with candidates via email or LinkedIn to gauge interest and availability
  • Collaborate with the broader team to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment support, resourcing, or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection is essential

Nice to Have
