Paired is hiring a Recruitment Project Manager to manage client recruitment projects from start to finish. You will be the key point of contact between sales, recruiters, and our US-based clients, ensuring the smooth delivery of quality candidates and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction in our fast-paced, remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Review new client requirements from sales, analyze hiring needs, and create comprehensive kickoff emails to set clear expectations.
- Brief and guide recruiters on client requirements, set delivery timelines, and follow up on candidate submissions.
- Review and vet candidates before client presentation to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Handle escalations, resolve issues, and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met according to client expectations.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working in a US-based recruitment agency or staffing firm.
- Proven track record managing US clients in a recruitment manager, project manager, or operations assistant capacity.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle client escalations professionally.
