Flosum is hiring a VP of Sales, Mid-Market to serve as the foundational leader for our U.S. sales organization. You will be the incubator for the entire end-to-end operation of the Mid-Market business unit, beginning by personally leading a pod of 8 to 10 representatives and then scaling to a team of 40+ remote reps.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and document the end-to-end sales process for the Mid-Market segment.
- Drive the entire revenue engine, including outbound prospecting strategies, pipeline development, and closing.
- Act as a player-coach, joining discovery calls and demos to ensure the business is solid at the 10-rep level before scaling.
- Lead the aggressive expansion from 10 to 40+ remote reps, identifying and hiring internal Directors as the team grows.
- Establish KPIs and a rigorous, data-backed forecasting model to ensure predictable revenue growth.
- Master the technical value proposition of DevOps and Data security tools, coaching the team on how to move from 'feature selling' to 'value selling.'
- Create a high-performance, accountable, and transparent culture within a 100% remote workforce.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience.
- Documented history of building teams from the ground up.
- Must be a hands-on problem solver who prefers 'doing the work' over high-level observation.
- Proven ability to manage a remote organization of 30+ people.
- History of developing 'leaders of leaders.'
- Expert-level understanding of CRM hygiene, sales stack optimization, and outbound prospecting methodologies.
- Residency in the United States to manage the domestic market.

- Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or DevOps/Data Management industries.
Team & Environment
You will build and lead the team from an initial pod of 8 to 10 representatives, scaling to 40+ remote representatives. You will have the autonomy to hire Sales Directors as the organization grows.
