Mistral AI is looking for a Recruitment Ops Manager to architect and manage the systems that power our global hiring. In this foundational role, you will build and scale the recruiting infrastructure essential for our growth.
What You'll Do
- Own, configure, and optimize the ATS and all recruiting technology
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track hiring metrics and performance
- Standardize and document recruiting processes and workflows
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across all recruiting activities
- Manage vendor relationships and tooling budget
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Systems, or a similar role
- Proven expertise in implementing and managing an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reports in BI tools
- Deep understanding of recruiting processes and lifecycle management
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in a high-growth technology or AI company
- Background supporting technical recruiting teams
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR)
Work Mode
This role operates on a hybrid work model and is based in either Paris or London.
