Deloitte Albania is looking for a Recruitment Operations Analyst to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our talent acquisition processes. You will play a key role in analyzing recruitment data, managing systems, and supporting the hiring team to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Manage and maintain recruitment systems and tools to ensure data integrity and optimal functionality
- Generate regular reports and dashboards on key recruitment metrics for stakeholders
- Support recruitment teams with operational tasks, including interview scheduling and candidate communication workflows
- Assist in the documentation and standardization of recruitment policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an operations, data analysis, or coordination role, preferably within a recruitment or HR function
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and recruitment or HR information systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
