About the Role

Deloitte Albania is looking for a Recruitment Operations Analyst to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our talent acquisition processes. You will play a key role in analyzing recruitment data, managing systems, and supporting the hiring team to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Manage and maintain recruitment systems and tools to ensure data integrity and optimal functionality
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards on key recruitment metrics for stakeholders
  • Support recruitment teams with operational tasks, including interview scheduling and candidate communication workflows
  • Assist in the documentation and standardization of recruitment policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an operations, data analysis, or coordination role, preferably within a recruitment or HR function
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and recruitment or HR information systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
