ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa seeks a Recruitment & HR Support Coordinator to provide front-end recruitment and administrative HR support for a U.S.-based healthcare client. You will manage the initial stages of the recruitment lifecycle—from candidate screening to interview coordination—ensuring a smooth handover to onshore teams.
What You'll Do
- Review and screen resumes against basic role requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars
- Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews
- Complete and maintain candidate profiles and documentation
- Follow up with candidates for outstanding information or documents
- Communicate candidate updates to onshore recruitment teams
- Maintain accurate records and trackers
- Provide additional recruitment or administrative support as required
What We're Looking For
- Some background in recruitment, recruitment coordination, or HR support
- Excellent spoken English with a professional, friendly phone manner
- Strong written communication skills
- Good judgement and basic screening ability
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable with admin-focused work
- Comfortable using MS Office and Outlook
- Able to navigate systems and recruitment platforms
- Ability to work USA hours Mon - Fri from 9 am to 6 pm EST
- A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection
- A reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages
Nice to Have
- Exposure to ABA or US healthcare recruitment
- Experience supporting U.S.-based teams
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You must be available to work EST hours (9 am to 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday) and meet the specified technical requirements for connectivity and power.
