Hire Hangar is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring for our operations and support teams. You will be a key player in ensuring a seamless, responsive, and professional experience for every candidate.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit, professionalism, and communication skills.
- Keep candidate pipelines up to date in our ATS (Recruiterflow).
- Post job descriptions, manage applicant flow, and move candidates through hiring stages.
- Draft and send candidate communications, including rejections and follow-ups.
- Partner with internal recruiters and hiring managers to improve recruitment workflows.
- Help maintain a high-touch, responsive candidate experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or agency/operations hiring.
- Strong communication and interviewing skills—confident conducting screens via Zoom and email.
- Excellent organization and calendar management across time zones.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Recruiterflow, or a similar ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing track of details.
- Available to work full-time on PST or EST hours.
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset and a desire to grow in the recruiting field.
