About the Role
This role is responsible for coordinating recruitment logistics, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and roles
- Maintain up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Serve as the primary point of contact for applicant inquiries
- Coordinate communication between hiring teams and candidates
- Prepare onboarding documentation for successful hires
- Track recruitment metrics and generate weekly reports
- Support job posting distribution across various platforms
- Organize recruitment events and job fairs
- Verify candidate references and employment backgrounds
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations during hiring
- Update job descriptions in coordination with department leads
- Manage calendar coordination for panel interviews
- Assist in crafting candidate outreach messages
- Monitor application status and follow up accordingly
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive hiring data
- Streamline internal hiring workflows
- Provide administrative support during peak hiring periods
- Facilitate travel arrangements for in-person interviews when needed
- Coordinate feedback collection from interviewers
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment
Nice to Have
