About the Role
The Recruitment Coordinator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the talent acquisition team, ensuring efficient candidate management from application through onboarding, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records
- Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Schedule and confirm interview appointments promptly
- Support onboarding procedures for newly hired staff
- Update and manage job postings across platforms
- Track recruitment metrics and report key data points
- Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely manner
- Organize and prepare interview materials
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory documentation standards
- Coordinate background checks and reference verifications
- Assist in recruitment event planning and execution
- Maintain confidentiality of personnel information
- Streamline internal coordination between departments and HR
- Monitor candidate status and progress through hiring stages
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
- Prepare offer letters and related employment documents
- Track time-to-fill and time-to-hire indicators
- Assist with onboarding documentation and orientation scheduling
- Maintain organized digital and physical candidate files
- Provide administrative support to recruitment team members
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Ensure consistent candidate experience across roles
- Liaise with external recruitment partners when necessary
- Assist in compiling hiring reports for leadership review
Nice to Have
- Certification in Human Resources or recruitment
- Experience with ATS such as Workday or Greenhouse
- Prior work in high-volume hiring environments
- Exposure to international recruitment
- Knowledge of EEO and labor law fundamentals
- Experience supporting executive-level recruitment
- Familiarity with onboarding software tools
- Background in tech or professional services industries
