Requirements
- 8–12+ years in marketing, with experience in consumer-first, high-growth companies
- Early-stage or startup experience where you’ve built from 0 → 1 or 1 → 10
- Proven success scaling D2C performance marketing
- Experience building or shaping a beloved consumer brand
- Strong intuition for what resonates emotionally—and what converts
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated industries (a plus, not required)
- Experience working with multi-channel distribution (D2C + partnerships)
