About the Role
Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives including traffic growth, conversion improvement, and efficient spend management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive Google Ads strategies across multiple accounts
- Create, launch, and monitor paid search campaigns with a focus on performance metrics
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Optimize keyword targeting, ad copy, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising goals with broader marketing initiatives
- Track and report on KPIs including CTR, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition
- Conduct A/B testing of ad variations to refine messaging and performance
- Manage budgets and forecast spend across multiple campaigns
- Stay current with Google Ads platform updates and industry best practices
- Implement conversion tracking and attribution modeling
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners when necessary
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and brand guidelines
- Use data visualization tools to present insights to stakeholders
- Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews
- Maintain organized campaign documentation and reporting structures
- Identify new keyword opportunities through market and competitor research
- Integrate audience segmentation into targeting strategies
