Requirements
- You must be a currently licensed real estate agent
- You must have access to the MLS
- You must have experience showing homes in the Seattle area
- You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox. (if applicable) If you are unlicensed, Showami can help. We have access to discount real estate licensing classes and can help refer you to brokerages in your area once licensed.
