Responsibilities
- Meeting with prospective Exit Factor members
- Leading structured one-on-one consulting sessions using the Exit Factor methodology
- Identifying operational, financial, and strategic improvement opportunities
- Leveraging online curriculum and tools to support client execution
- Completing certification, continuing education, and ongoing professional development
- Coordinating with Member Services to deliver a high-quality client experience
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in Sr leadership or ownership
- Proven ability to lead conversations with owners and executives
- Comfort discussing financials, operations, and strategic trade-offs
- Strong executive presence with clear, confident communication
- High personal accountability and disciplined time management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating independently
- Strong technology fluency including CRM systems, Zoom, and collaboration tools
