Responsibilities
- Process and verify billing reimbursements for various insurance companies.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and reimbursement processes.
- Maintain accurate records of billing and reimbursement transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement processing.
- Review and update billing and reimbursement policies and procedures.
- Generate reports on billing and reimbursement activities for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new billing and reimbursement processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in billing and reimbursement.
- Provide support to the billing and reimbursement team as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and reimbursement issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for reimbursement-related matters.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance billing and reimbursement skills.
- Contribute to the improvement of the overall billing and reimbursement system.
