As a Recruitment Consultant fluent in French, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for clients across Poland, Romania, and South Africa. Working remotely, you’ll manage every stage of the hiring process—from identifying qualified candidates to final placement—ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, and feedback collection to support client hiring decisions.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive market research and ongoing candidate engagement.
- Create and execute innovative recruitment strategies to reach both active and passive job seekers.
- Advise clients on candidate suitability, address hiring concerns, and support final selection and offer stages.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat engagement.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for candidate submissions and hires, tracking progress through regular reporting.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and fulfill administrative duties as needed.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in all areas of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closing candidates in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
- Fluency in both English and French, with strong communication skills for client and candidate interactions.
- Ability to anticipate hiring needs and clearly communicate recruitment pipeline status.
- Proficiency with MS Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for talent engagement.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
