Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is looking for a Recruitment Analyst to own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for the hotel. You will apply a competency-based management model and strategically utilize different recruitment sources to attract the right talent for each position.
What You'll Do
- Manage all recruitment processes for the hotel using a competency-based management model
- Utilize different recruitment sources depending on the position to identify and engage candidates
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Analyst
- Advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of current labor legislation
